We're seeking an ambitious, creative, and analytical growth marketer who will develop and implement a retention marketing strategy for 1-2 of our brands. In this role, you'll be accountable for the overall repeat sales growth. You'll be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the company to gain strategic alignment and hit business goals. You'll define innovative, breakthrough marketing such as email, SMS, and other digital placements and in doing so, you'll have the opportunity to re-imagine and define how Digital Room partners with our customers. With over 2M customers, you will directly impact millions of SMB owners and the customers that they service.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • You will work closely with members of cross-functional teams to create meaningful and strategic lifecycle marketing strategies
  • You will work hands-on in our tools on campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, automated recurring/triggered and dynamic multi-channel campaigns
  • You will own campaign ideation, opportunity sizing, asset development, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • You will analyze and leverage data to develop a strategy to meet company goals
  • You will deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI and incremental lift. Lead pre-test analysis, test design, execution, measurement, and post-test analysis
  • You will collaborate with acquisition marketers, pricing experts, product managers, brand stakeholders, and, from time to time, our executive council
  • You will have opportunities to test new ideas, channels and find better ways in achieving company goals

What We'd Like You To Have

  • 6+ years performance-based marketing experience
  • 4+ years experience designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs and campaigns, specifically onboarding/lifecycle nurture campaigns
  • Working knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies with the ability to analyze and report results
  • Comfortable working with data and digging into numbers; deep understanding of KPIs metrics and reporting with ability to translate into concrete insights
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Proficient in email sending platforms (Marketo, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Good design perspective, excellent in creating punch lines and content ideas
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Photoshop
  • An ability to respond to changes and adapt quickly
  • Good in Excel and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great project management and communication skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and accept challenges
