- About the role:
We looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be an expert on the technical landscape of email to drive traffic, secure conversions, and build relationships with customers new and old.
Create, monitor and execute a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain a campaign calendar
Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimize email campaigns, to improve open rates, deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates, and to achieve specific business goals- Review and optimize active email campaigns and (work)flows, analyze them against their performance and up-to-date best practices, and present findings and recommendations in a form of prioritized backlog
Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that engage users across different stages of the funnel
- Personalize emails and content for our different target audiences and verticals
Recommend tactics and optimizations across all June Homes communications- Monitor and optimize communication channels to ensure they are performant
Collaborate with Product managers, Sales, and Support teams to recommend copy updates, drive optimization of the June Homes emails and set up experiments to test new ideas
Proven experience in creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns from scratch
- Experience with Klaviyo, Hubspot and/or other email marketing platforms
Excellent project management skills specific to marketing- Experience with channel experimentation and analytics
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience with SMS campaigns
- What you need to be successful:
Experience with Google Analytics, Redash, Google Data Studio- Experience in Content Marketing or Marketing copywriting will be considered an asset (e.g email copy, SMS copy, banner ads, descriptions, effective CTAs)
Ability to adapt tone and writing style to different audiences and formats
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives for marketing copy
Experience in managing content calendar
