Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and a passion for maximizing results using AI-driven technology. This role is essential to creating hyper-personalized, efficient, and impactful email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use AI tools to optimize email campaign efficiency, personalization, and segmentation.
- Develop, execute, and refine email marketing strategies aligned with Get ORMs goals.
- Create compelling, structured email newsletters tailored to different audience segments.
- Perform AI-driven A/B testing for subject lines, content, and calls to action.
- Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Automate email sequences using AI-driven platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for a cohesive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Qualifications:
- Experience in email marketing with success using AI tools for optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered and traditional email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Advanced AI knowledge in digital marketing.
- Experience in predictive analysis for email campaigns.
- Familiarity with online reputation management.
