Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at GUS. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging email content and leveraging technical expertise to execute successful email marketing campaigns for our group of colleges in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative flair and proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.

• Create compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, testing, and optimization.

• Utilize email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) to execute campaigns and track performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of email marketing initiatives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continually optimize campaign performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain a clean and up-to-date email database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.

• Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.

• Work Arrangement

You will be working 8AM UK time, 3PM to 12AM Monday to Friday PH time

• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City.

Landmark: Building is across IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. The area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.

• This is a temporary work from home with occasional visits in the office. The candidate must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas.

Internet connectivity must be above 15 Mbps download and upload speed.

Pay: Php30,
