Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and business growth using Emarsys & Klaviyo. This role requires an individual with strong strategic thinking, hands-on experience with Emarsys & Klaviyo, and an ability to collaborate across teams to meet marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution

Develop, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns through the Emarsys & Klaviyo platform to achieve the company's marketing objectives.

Segmentation and Personalization

Create and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email communications.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on email marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve results.

A/B Testing

Conduct regular A/B testing on email components (subject lines, content, layout) to enhance performance metrics, including open rates and click-through rates.

Automation

Build and optimize automated workflows for email marketing campaigns to improve customer lifecycle engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

Compliance

Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and data teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, specifically using Emarsys & Klaviyo

Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with marketing automation and workflow tools within Emarsys & Klaviyo.

Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
