We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, particularly within the DTC beauty industry, and be proficient in platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects independently, develop compelling email campaigns, analyze performance, and drive customer engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Create and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize Klaviyo and Attentive to structure and upload email campaigns and flows.
- Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams to develop visually appealing and effective email templates and content.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and send times for maximum impact.
- Manage and grow the email subscriber list, optimizing and testing pop-up modules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, email marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to continually improve our efforts.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain high attention to detail in campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, specifically within the DTC beauty industry for US beauty brands.
- Proficiency in using Klaviyo, Attentive, and other email marketing platforms.
- Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
- Proven ability to manage and execute successful email marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling email content.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, data protection regulations, and industry trends.
