Email Marketing Generalist

GrowthAssistant is looking for an Email Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools to craft high-performing email campaigns using pre-approved copy and creativity. Managing contact lists, executing automated sequences, and A/B testing email elements are all part of the gig. Strong self-motivation and accountability are key, as you'll be driving results with minimal supervision.

This role is perfect for an email marketing whiz who thrives working solo!

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 65,000 per month

Tasks:

• Leverage AI tools for copy, conversion optimization, etc. in the campaign
• Set up and execute email drip campaigns - copy and creative from others
• Pull existing copy and creative and iterate based on existing email templates / designs
• Templated reporting on campaign performance
• Test and check campaign content
• Maintain a clean contact list and email automation
• Perform A/B tests on various email elements
• Ensure that the flow is accurate to the client's specifications
• More of a generalist with an emphasis on email

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management (segmentation, strategy, all email-related needs)
• 2+ years of experience in any Hubspot or Active Campaign or similar full-suite tool
• The client can train on the other ones (Brevo)
• Experience with B2C (preferred) or B2B brands
• DRIVEN. Motivated to learn, a self-starter doesn't require a lot of direction right off the bat
• Ability to work 8-5 PST (Arizona Time Zone)
• Recent work experience following the US time zone
