Job Description:
The Email Campaign Continuity Specialist is responsible for maintaining the success and longevity of email marketing campaigns. This role involves monitoring, tracking, and optimizing campaigns to ensure they continue to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly check the status and performance of ongoing email campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Collect and record daily metrics for each campaign, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records in a spreadsheet.
- Assess how many days each campaign has left before new leads or copy are needed to sustain its success.
- Increase the scale of campaigns by adding new leads or updating copy to expand their reach and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Initiator to create new campaigns when necessary, aiming for greater results and continuous improvement.
- Add new data and update existing information to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
- Write, edit, and fix copy to ensure it meets the needs of the campaign and resonates with the target audience.
- Make strategic changes to campaigns to improve their performance and achieve success.
- Maintain the ongoing success of campaigns by proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions to keep them running indefinitely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing campaign management is a must.
- Familiarity with tools such as SmartLead, Zapier, and ActiveCampaign.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating and editing copy.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
