Who are we looking for
As an Email Marketer you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of email communications by meticulously reviewing and testing emails across various clients and devices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to maintain email deliverability standards, optimize campaign performance, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
What will you do
- Test emails across multiple client base and devices to ensure optimal rendering and user experience.
- Utilize email marketing platforms and QA tools to streamline and enhance testing processes.
- Implement best practices to ensure high email deliverability and avoid spam filters
- Use bug tracking and QA software (e.g., JIRA) to efficiently track and resolve issues.
- Provide admin support to the overall Email Marketing operations
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret email metrics
- Meticulous attention to detail, capable of identifying even the smallest inconsistencies or errors.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of issues.
- Ability to analyze existing QA processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop streamlined procedures.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for effective bug reporting, documentation, and collaboration.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
