Are you passionate about providing exceptional support through written communication and building strong relationships with clients Were expanding rapidly and looking for an Email/Chat Support Specialist who can turn every interaction into a positive experience!

About the Role:

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, youll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. Youll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email and chat, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Internet Requirements:

  • Personal PC or laptop (atleast i5 processor or its equivalent)with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
