About the Role:
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, youll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. Youll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email and chat, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
- Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Internet Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop (atleast i5 processor or its equivalent)with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
