Responsible for the Supervision, maintenance and sustainability of both the electrical; and mechanical systems of all production machines and equipment with advanced electronics and technologies.
Provide electrical, electronics, mechanical diagnostics, preventative, and predictive maintenance and perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls. Able to understand PLC logic and troubleshoot to improve machine performance. Oversees and conducts machinery safety and control as well as its facilities. May perform other functions related to the Facilities and Maintenance tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Inspection and monitoring of production machinery about production requirements of FDA/BAI - CGMP compliance
-Inspection of electro-mechanical parts of all machinery, its lifecycle, performance to machine, and inventory.
-Performs machine troubleshooting and repairs with regards to electromechanics or as prescribed by superior.
-Supervision of maintenance personnel in coordination with the department manager.
-Reading blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence assembly of a machine or a piece of equipment as needed for troubleshooting and maintenance
-Attend seminars & training regarding manufacturing machinery, production facilities, environment, and safety.
