Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance- Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration
Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.
- Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.
Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.- Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.
Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.
- Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/ storage areas
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Applicants can be College Graduate of Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or other related Course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate.
With NCII Electrician Certificate.
- Must have at least 1-3 years work experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician.
Master Electrician is an advantage- Can perform preventive maintenance on Electrical System.
