Job SummaryThe electrician is responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems. Electrician's duties include reporting to the Project Engineer the possible course of action to take with regards to the implementation of the Project while taking into consideration the proper approach & practices in compliance with the existing standard.
- Duties & Responsibilities
Performs general electrical works.
- Conducts various test equipment.
Follows the Philippine Electrical Code and local building regulations. Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.- Troubleshoots electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Installs Solar PV Modules, mountings, wirings, and conduits.
- Prepares necessary materials per project.
Reports to the Project-In-Charge any project-related concern.- Ensures tools & equipment are properly taken care of before and after the project.
Executes other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Skills and Qualifications
Education and Training
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent
The candidate must be a TESDA NC II Certified Electrician- Knowledge with various electrical inspection & testing equipment and devices
Preferably knowledgeable in welding & fabrication
- Must have knowledge with wiring termination, bending of conduits & proper cable pulling practices.
Must be knowledgeable with power tools & equipment- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have the ability to read and interpret plans & diagrams
- Must be willing to travel to complete field assignments
