- Duties and Responsibilities
Engineering Shift supervisor.
Responsible on the operation and maintenance of Electrical system of the building utilities and production machineries.
Eliminated malfunction in systems and components with recommended design modifications.
Execute planned Total productive Maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair machines needed attention.
Prepares purchase materials and spare parts needed for repair and preventive maintenance.
Contributed ideas for improving work processes.
Execute building and machine improvement projects in-house and third-party service provider.
Developed solid relationships with staffs, customer and vendors.
Coaching engineering members on how to plan and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.
Participate problem solving by using DMAIC and EFMEA guidelines.
College graduate, preferably Electrical Engineering, licensed is a plus factor
Preferably with at least 3-5 years related working experience.
Administrative experience in Plant Operation
Experience in Facilities management & Maintenance
Experience in Food Manufacturing
Familiar in Boiler Waster water Treatment and Ammonia
Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
