Job Description:
1. Coordinate and perform maintenance activities on existing systems and equipment
2. Conduct routine, preventive maintenance on equipment
3. Assist with troubleshooting problems on machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration
4. Schedule all repairs on equipment ensuring proper testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance is performed
5. Assist with replacement of equipment and parts as needed
6. Perform minor repairs on appliances
7. Maintain inventory of major components and supplies
8. Coordinate with vendors and consultants as necessary to solve equipment problems
9. Maintain the comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all company-owned equipment, including scheduling and execution of routine and annual inspections, and identifying and fixing problems
10. Manage work order requests, developing time estimates, and ensuring timely completion
11. Communicate with employees to ensure they know the status of their equipment
12. Assist with the timely repair of equipment breakdowns, while ensuring quality standards are met
