Qualification:
- Knowledge and experience in Industrial motor control.
Knowledge and experience in Building wiring.- With at least 3 years experience in maintenance of escalators and elevators or maintenance in Industrial or Building Facilities.
Registered Electrical Engineer (PRC)
Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensuring that preventive maintenance services for elevators and escalators are properly carried out.
Lead troubleshooting and repair work for elevators and escalators.- Performing replacement of defective parts.
Lead servicing and maintaining machine parts.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA).- Request and maintain spare parts.
Attend the coordination meeting.
