Electrical Engineer designs, lay-outs, develops and tests electronic products and solar systems project, from small-scale (e.g. household devices) to large-scale (e.g. electrical power systems). He/she operates in several disciplines, such as Power Engineering, Signal Processing, and Micro-electronics, based on their expertise.
He/she is a skilled professional specializing in the design and development of solar panels installation and other electricity-related products. He/she collaborates with electronics and transmission & distribution engineering fields, electrical companies to create essential components for modern living.
Designs, layouts and improves electrical products and solar panel systems.
Establishes manufacturing processes.
Evaluates systems safety, reliability and performance.
Designs, controls and implements electrical systems and products.
Develops manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards.
Coordinates with Meralco (Electric Companies) and other government agencies.
Designs and lead the service entrance installations.
Manages engineering projects and delivers them on time.
Defines customer needs and requirements.
Ensures that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
Collaborates with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.
Summarizes data and reports on test results.
Examines needs on new equipment, calculates costs and helps prepare budgets.
Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
Proven expertise as an Electrical Engineer for at least two (2) years.
Proven experience in coordinating with Electric Company, Government Agencies and other local Government Unit.
Hands-on experience using design and calculation software.
Deep knowledge of solar panel service, installation, lay outing, mapping and electrical manufacturing processes.
Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
