Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering / PRC License as Electrical Engineer
Must have experience at least one (1) year in electrical engineering works at any plant- Computer literate and engineering knowledge of MS Office Good on confidentiality of office work, communication to co-worker and working attitude
Review plans / specifications / shop drawings prior to procurement and during implementation, including generation RFI- Perform Material Take-off of each MEPFS (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Sanitary) trade as reference during implementation, cost reconciliation (billings / change orders), productivity analysis.
Prepare and Review Material based on plans and BOQ for implementation in reference to their productivity and cost
- Coordinates / directs MEPFS subcontractors/suppliers for the preparation of RFI's, product data/shopdrawings for the implementationn of works at site
Coordinates and reviews all RFI's etc. with DPWH or project owner- Prepares weekly accomplishment reports, attend weekly coordination meeting and site operation meetings Ensures implementation of all works based Safety, Quality, Time and Cost
Attends to scheduled cost reconciliation between subcontractors re-billings and change order Reports directly to the Sr. MEPFS Engineer on all MEPFS concerned at site
