Plans and directs project electrical or mechanical works.
- Prepares design, shop drawings and as-built plans.
- Prepares material and equipment take-off, material, and equipment requests.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule and project accomplishment report.
- Prepares additional work and change order quotation, reports, or estimates.
- Ensures implementation of quality, environmental, safety and health rules and regulation at the Project Site.
- Coordinates with other trades regarding execution of work plan.
- Supervises work of sub-contractor and check implementation of shop drawings.
- Must conduct regular tool-box meeting before commencement of site work and ensure the implementation of Safety procedure.
- Monitors testing and commissioning.
- Attends daily coordination meeting.
- Performs other related work as required.
