JOB QUALIFICATIONS: With a degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage
With at least 10 years experience in electro mechanical works
Good knowledge in the principles and practices of engineering operation
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
Can work independently and in a team
- Responsible for the Electrical design of building services and associated systems of work.
In-depth working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and operations, maintenance, construction and related services, laws and building codes pertaining to building operations and safety.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
Prepares and oversees the maintenance program of common area facilities and equipment including generators, lighting systems, basic utilities, architectural finishes, electrical facilities, and other engineering-related systems.- Conduct inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, can troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in electrical systems
