JOB SUMMARY- Performs required reports/ documents in relation to all electro mechanical activities
- Design EE system as required
Evaluates and analyzes the tender documents, plans and technical specs
- Responsible in distribution of bid plans to different sub con/suppliers for bidding purposes
Evaluates and recommends responsible sub con/suppliers- Conducts estimate and costing for comparison with subcon proposal
Coordinates with Job Captain, Project Managers, Designers and other concerned departments
- Must be Licensed Electrical Engineer
With 2-5 years related work experience in a construction industry, with experience in estimating and bidding, review of construction plans and specification, must have experience in coordination with other M&E trade (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
- Project location is in DAVAO CITY
- Knowledgeable in Electrical system operation
Knowledgeable in Bid Proposal preparation and MEP estimating and costing
- Good communication and written skills
Coordination Skills- Understanding of Safety Rule
