As part of the development of its APAC business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Manila, Philippines. Cundall have been working on various projects from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Australia so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.
Our Philippines operations will represent Cundall as our Regional Centre of excellence for Data Centre design, Sustainability, and Building Services.
Our Building Services team's mission is to play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient, sustainable, cost effective and safe to build and operate. We pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable mechanical and electrical solutions, that minimise the use of natural resources. Our global Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Electrical Building Services expert to join our pioneer team in our Philippines office, to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative electrical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects locally and regionally.
Working across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail and Critical Systems, you will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects. You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.
The Skills:
Educated to degree level in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent), and having gained relevant experience within a consultancy environment (design and coordination of electrical distribution and power generation, lighting, security systems etc), you are already well versed in the use of relevant design software. Data Center and Critical Systems experience will be highly regarded.
In your most recent position, you would have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectations, and crucially you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
