We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Project In Charge (PiC) individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in Electrical Engineering, with a strong preference for those who enjoy and excel in site work.
Oversee and manage project sites to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Handle and coordinate schedules, site workers, and job site politics to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure that all project activities are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality.- Perform micro-management tasks on site to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with site workers and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience at project sites.
Strong leadership skills, with a typical personality of a technical foreman.- Ability to micro-manage schedules, handle site politics, and get things done effectively.
A genuine interest and enthusiasm for site work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
