Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent Customer Service to patrons/guests. Serves on the floor and assists patrons with game information if required.
  • Responsible in opening and closing the machines during daily drop collection, handling bill disputes and partial collections.
  • Transacts and verifies the correct amount of handpays - High Value Payouts and Grand Jackpots. Responsible in collecting signatures as duly needed in handpays.
  • Responsible in assisting during commissioning of newly installed machines. Assisting in Stress testing of EGMs and verifying the correctness of the machine verification checklist (MVC) as to machine settings.
  • Responsible in troubleshooting of basic EGM errors such as Bill/Ticket Jam, faulty door errors, Paper Depleted/ Ticket refill, Machine Hang-up and etc.
  • Responsible for spot checking of EGM PAGCOR Seal, Asset Tags, Serial Number.
  • Responsible for daily or weekly meter reading with PAGCOR Personnel.
  • Replenishing Ticket for printing payment vouchers. Making sure that the machines have enough TITO ticket for patron use.
  • Consistently making rounds on an assigned section and responsible to Electronic Gaming players.
  • Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Electronic Gaming Floor and electronic gaming machines.
  • Maintains an awareness of any person gambling under-age and those prohibited by law to enter the casino premises.
  • Reports to immediate superior any irregularities on the gaming floor.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to maintain internal and external confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers and employees in a positive manner.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English.
  • Must be able to convert credits into Peso amounts by using basic math; add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must have basic computer skills to complete jackpots.
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to interact with people on a professional level.
  • Ability to communicate in Cebuano dialect.
  • Ability to carry out directions.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
