About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Editorial Support Agent to join our dynamic team at SPi Global, a leading provider of technology-enabled content, learning, and tech services. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality editorial support for our diverse range of clients. The role is based in our Dumaguete City office in Visayas, where you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working in a vibrant and engaging work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Perform editorial tasks such as proofreading, copyediting, and formatting content for a variety of clients and projects
• Ensure all content adheres to client-specific style guides and quality standards
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to content creators and project managers
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• At least college level (2 years or above)
• Keen attention to details
• Willing to work onsite in Straive Dumaguete
• 5 days work week
