- Monitor all the store performance
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team & track task progress
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Workload management and delegates tasks efficiently
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Has excellent communication skills. This includes communicating with team members about work, updating project managers & stakeholders about progress, and coordinating with any cross-functional team members on behalf of the project teams needs.
- Preferably has an idea with the e-commerce industry
- Has driven problem-solving skills
- Expert in time management, task management, and decision-making skills
- Gracefully work under pressure
- Honest and transparent personality
- Has 1-2 Years of leadership experience
Preferably Graduate of the following course but not limited to:
- Business Management
- Marketing Management
