Experience using Magento Attention to detail- Experience in Online Merchendising
Knowledge of consumer goods
Accurately placing orders and managing queue volume for orders that flow through Our client's Amazon Ordering process.
- Actively communicating with the team when an order cannot be sourced.
Proactively relaying process updates and surfacing process related issues/trends to the team.- Carefully differentiating between the color, model, and make of items in an order.
Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting potential improvements.
We're searching for talented, detail oriented E-Commerce Specialists to aid in the manual fulfillment and management of orders for the Perpay Marketplace. In this role, you will gain exposure to several key support processes across the Perpay order management flow. Our client receives a high number of orders each day that cannot be filled through our regular process. Due to this, these items have to be placed manually though Amazon, similar to how a consumer would purchase through Amazon. Each morning, the specialist will work through this list of orders, placing orders for the items to predetermined addresses if the items are available for an acceptable price In the case that an item is not available or the cost is too high, the specialist will escalate these orders to the team for further action. The E-Commerce Specialist will communicate to the customers that their order has been escalated, and is in process.
