Our company was founded in December 2023 and we already met our 200-store milestone within 10 months and desire to increase our ARR through strategic e-commerce development with monthly subscriptions.
About The Role
The McDuffy E-Commerce Specialist will take charge of the day-to-day management and optimization of our eCommerce platforms. This role will ensure smooth operations across all online sales channels and develop strategies to drive growth, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce processes, from inventory management to customer service and marketing promotions.
Core Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Managing product listings, descriptions, and promotional activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, order fulfillment, and logistics to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring prompt responses to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies, including flash sales, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, to identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping up with the latest e-commerce trends and making recommendations for platform enhancements and new features.
- Assisting with the integration of new tools and technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Completing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Social Media Marketing Manager.

- Experience in the Pet Care industry is highly desirable, but not required.
What We Require
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably in Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for pets and the pet products industry is a plus.
