- Build ECommerce business of the company
- Develops the annual business plan and distribution strategy for his assigned area or accounts, making sure that this is aligned to the general corporate sales and marketing strategy.Executes the said plan upon approval of manageme
- Leads a team of Customer Development Specialists into achieving consistent and sustainable business growth through customer and trade development efforts such as: distribution development programs, merchandising highlight, in-store promotions programs, relationship building, and customer training programs.
- Ensures proper trade inventory management by monitoring stock availability and replenishment from the factory, to the distributors, wholesalers and retailers.Implements the prescribed trade inventory management system of the company, and negotiates and sets the agreed stocking level (ASL) with the company's trade partners.
- Prepares the sales forecast and budget for his assigned area and establishes the allocation of this forecast / budget among the members of his customer development team.Regularly updates this forecast and submits the same to the National Sales Manager for Modern Trade
- Monitors and evaluates the sales, distribution, merchandising and collection performances each of the members of his Customer Development Team and submits a recommendation for appropriate action to management.
- Directs his team to achieve their volume targets consistently and ensure a smooth flow of transactions through balanced sales inflow on a week-to-week basis; where weekly sales volume transactions are between 25% to 30% of the total month's volume.
- Prepares a performance appraisal of accounts, and identifies areas of opportunities for improvement and business building.Prepares an action plan and implements the same to tap such opportunities.
