DIY Hardware, the fastest-growing home improvement center with over 75+ branches nationwide (Philippines) is looking for a highly coordinated
E-commerce Officer to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating Shopee/Lazada accounts.
To ensure success as an e-commerce officer, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in Shopee/Lazada. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall growth of Shopee/Lazada accounts
Create sales report for Lazada
- Joining Shopee/Lazada campaigns
Monitor and improve store layout and make sure they are always up to date- Create vouchers and other marketing tools
Uploading of products
- Monitor shop metrics and make sure they are all good
Assist customer complaints and inquiries- Monitor best selling items and slow moving items
Reorder products
- create traffic to increase sales of Shopee/Lazada accounts
knowledgeable in photoshop, editing- monitoring of products in Excel
Initiatives to increase e-commerce sales
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing LazMall and ShopeeMall stores
Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies- Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred
