Responsibilities:- Merch Distribution/Allocation
- Stock Management: Ensure stock levels on each e-commerce platform meet the brand's Stock to Sales Ratio (SSR) requirements.
- Product Allocation: Allocate products and determine sufficient quantities per platform based on business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize historical sales data and market trends to inform stock allocation decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze the performance of merchandise on each e-commerce platform.
- Repeat Orders: Identify best-selling items and initiate necessary repeat orders.
- Price Adjustments: Recommend price adjustments for styles based on sales rate to maximize revenue and minimize markdowns.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sellout performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Product Mix Optimization: Identify and recommend the optimal merchandise mix for each platform based on sales data and business requirements.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences to inform product mix decisions.
- 4. Pricing and Profitability Management
- Price Monitoring: Ensure pricing across all e-commerce platforms aligns with the pricing strategy set by the respective merchandise manager.
- Promotion Planning: Recommend applicable pricing and promotional strategies to assist merchandise managers and e-commerce heads in achieving sales targets.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive pricing analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
- Margin Monitoring: Maintain margins based on the target percentage set for each brand.
- Strategic Adjustments: Make strategic pricing adjustments to optimize margins without compromising sales volume.
- Proficiency in Excel: Must be highly knowledgeable in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ecommerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce management is required.
- Educational Background: College graduate with a business degree or a related bachelor's degree.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Precise in analyzing data and making inventory and pricing decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with inventory management systems, pricing software, and data analytics tools.
