Role Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled eCommerce Account Manager who can primarily oversee Walmart.com and Amazon.com for a book of 8-12 clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position for a well-established eCommerce agency based in Southern California.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings on Walmart.com, ensuring maximum visibility and sales performance.

- Develop and execute strategies for other marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, etc.

- Utilize tools like ClickUp, Helium 10, Slack, and Google and Microsoft Suites to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, providing regular updates and insights.

- Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Walmart.com marketplace management.

- At least 3 years of experience in marketplace account management, with a client-facing role.

- Proficient in using project management tools, Helium 10, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
