MDM Systems Inc. needs an
eCommerce Assistant to work with one of our Australia based client. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and customer service skills, ensuring that the product listings are accurate, appealing, and competitive. The Successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks effectively.
- The role will include, but is not limited to:
Create new product listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions for eBay/Amazon/Website
Organize photos for new listings - Basic Graphic Design such as deep etch, image clipping, image resizing/renaming, and adding layers/embellishments to suit business stores like eBay and/or Amazon
Optimize existing product listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions
Implement changes and updates to product descriptions for top-performing products
Ensure that all products listed are getting published
Updating stock levels for product
Keyword research
Product pricing and costing
Product sales and Competitor analysis
Provides Customer Service Support through email, chat and phone
Updating shipping methods for products
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in all listings
- Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of eCommerce
Knowledge of eCommerce, Website backend and Marketplaces (eBay, Amazon or similar) is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Google Sheets Spreadsheets
Working experience with Adobe Photoshop
Comfortable managing tedious, repetitive, multiple tasks and deadlines on an ongoing basis
Quick to learn tasks and operate new software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to take initiative and pressure
High attention to detail
