Job Summary: The E-commerce Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company's online presence. This role involves creating and managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and optimizing the e-commerce platform.
The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and ensure the platform's success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Driving Sales and Revenue:
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and target market segmentation.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, email, social media) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop compelling product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
Enhancing Customer Experience:
- Oversee website design and user experience (UX) to ensure a seamless and intuitive customer journey.
- Implement efficient order fulfillment processes, including inventory management and shipping logistics.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs and personalized recommendations.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, building strong customer relationships.
Platform Management and Optimization:
- Maintain and optimize e-commerce platform functionality, including product information management, search, and checkout processes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data, pricing, and inventory levels across all sales channels.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement in speed, security, and scalability.
- Stay current with e-commerce industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth, cost reduction, and process improvement based on data analysis.
- Communicate data-driven insights to cross-functional teams to inform decision-making.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- With Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management, Marketing, Digital Technologies or any other related field
- Has 1-3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in a retail and consumer goods industry.
- Possesses strong digital marketing expertise (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels) and e-commerce platform mastery (e.g. proficiency in Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop).
- Utilizes data and web analytics to make strategic decisions
- Develops and can executes sales and marketing strategies/plans.
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) and product knowledge
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Good leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to report/relocate to their office in Legaspi, Bicol (Albay region) ** - reimbursed transportation allowance may be provided
