E-Learning Trainer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced E-Learning Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing engaging and effective e-learning programs that enhance our employees skills and knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and materials, including multimedia content, assessments, and interactive activities.

• Deliver live online training sessions, webinars, and virtual classrooms using various e-learning platforms and tools.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements as necessary.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design to continuously enhance training programs.

Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback to report on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an E-Learning Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Technical proficiency with various e-learning technologies and tools.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php70,
