We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning technologies. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create interactive and effective training modules that enhance the learning experience and improve user engagement.
Design and develop e-learning courses, modules, and assessments using industry-standard e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content requirements.
Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations.- Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
Ensure all e-learning content meets quality standards, is user-friendly, and is accessible.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the learning experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning courses and platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
