College degree or above, 2 years of Shopee/Lazada operation and management experience,
Be familiar with platform policies and have extensive experience in maintaining and managing account security;
Have keen market analysis skills, be familiar with the Southeast Asian market and consumer behavior habits, and have excellent product development capabilities;
Strong execution ability, good leadership, communication and teamwork skills, rich in pioneering and innovative spirit, and interested and passionate in e-commerce and trades.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and operate store accounts;
Put products on shelves and optimize product descriptions;
Responsible for collecting and analyzing the latest strategies, formulating reasonable product launch plans and promotion strategies, and improving team sales performance;
Responsible for supervising team account management, ensuring account security and improving account credibility;
Responsible for store planning, leading the team to conduct new product research, new product introduction and old product clearance;
Guide, manage, supervise, and train team members to improve work quality and service attitude, and improve work efficiency.
