RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for planning and analyzing product assortments for e-commerce channels, ensuring top sellers and new products are available.
Manages an e-commerce team including customer service representatives, administrators, and operations team members. Works cross-functionally with inventory planning, warehouse, and distribution teams to meet operational metrics and lead times.- Supports product and content creation processes to enhance online assortment, collaborating with graphic artists or external partners.
Manages promotional and pricing activities across all online channels, providing recommendations based on campaign outcomes.
- Ensures continuous stock availability, manages stock allocation/re-allocation to online channels, and forecasts stock replenishment.
Builds strong relationships with external brand partners to improve e-commerce sales performance.- Conducts performance analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, offering recommendations to achieve sales targets.
Utilizes industry best practices, new technologies, and digital marketing methods to enhance e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Develops and oversees marketing strategies including social media ads, SEO/SEM, live selling, and affiliate marketing to increase traffic and improve conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in category and brand management, preferably in E-commerce channels or enablers
