The Role
Job Description
- Process all online mall and website orders.
- Manage and set up online accounts.
- Handle customer relationship management.
- Study website and online mall analytics to implement appropriate changes and improvements.
- Configure landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other relevant website and online mall layouts to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Manage inventory.
- Evaluate fast- and slow-moving products weekly.
- Maintain open communication with online platform partners regarding merchandise mix and assortment, promotional ideas and activities, and participation in special event programs.
- Ensure the rollout of changes to the website and online mall.
- Inspect and upload customer product reviews.
- Build the online presence of our website and online malls.
- Handle product listings across all marketplaces.
- Monitor daily sales of managed stores and assist in strategizing to achieve company targets.
- Plan and lead the execution of e-commerce campaigns on all platforms.
- Develop and lead the execution of product merchandising displays, store decorations, and e-commerce-related promotions.
- Initiate and manage collections, bundles, and promotions to generate traffic and increase product discoverability.
- Gather and analyze sales and promotional data.
- Gather and analyze e-commerce trends.
- Assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications
- College Graduate
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the same field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and detail-oriented
- Loves the Philippines
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
- Fully vaccinated
- Lives in Pasig City or near the Pasig office
