Job Description:
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace, including product listing, advertising, and overall account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing e-commerce sales and enhancing brand presence online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and promotions.
- Handle inventory management and fulfillment processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product content and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
