Primary Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining product listings of all current and future products (Titles, descriptions, images, prices, product specs, quantities, etc.)
Creating and updating sliders (banners) for website.
Responsible for customer inquiries through email and phone: product Q&As, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Experience in Lazada/Shopee Seller centre operating backend order fulfilment
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Must be proficient in creating listings, collections, tags, bundles, vouchers, sales and discount codes.
With at least 2 years experience in handling SHOPEE AND LAZADA'S SELLER CENTER
Must be proficient in at least one form of art/editing program (eg - Photoshop/Canva) in order to edit photos and create artwork for sliders, web listings, emails, signage, etc.
Microsoft Excel and Google Drive skills
Ability to organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects
Ability to work independently and diligently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Team player
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively and independently
