Job Objective:Duties include, but are not limited to supporting digital marketing activities for the following accounts and our online shop: E-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, BeautyMnl, website, and the like. The role executes daily operational tasks like order entry, returns, and product merchandising, answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns. It also helps with growth strategies like re-platforming our websites, content & SEO optimization, PPC, and supports analytical needs. A successful candidate is eager to learn the specific processes for each customer, account management, and digital marketing strategies. We are growing these channels and can provide a fast-evolving environment with a growing team.
Responsible for accurate order entry, shipping logistics, inventory updates, returns, answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns, some administrative and clerical tasks, and customer service.
- Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.
Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales- Follow up on chargebacks and claims, customer and product issues.
Assist the Lead of eCommerce in SEO strategies and initiatives to ensure our sites are properly optimized for search engine success. Support setting up new markets and marketplaces. Assist with forming our company's overall digital marketing strategy
- Perform other related and relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Advanced analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities for sales.- Must have a good eye for design and layout.
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
