E-commerce Operations Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing the entire online store operation, from product data management and order fulfillment to customer service and data analysis. Strategic Leadership
: Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and profitability of the e-commerce business.
Inventory Management
: Oversee inventory levels, forecast demand, optimize replenishment processes, and minimize stockouts.
Order Fulfillment
: Manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order picking, packing, and shipping.
Customer Service
: Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer support and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Data Analysis
: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Team Management
: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Vendor Management
: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating best pricing and ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
Continuous Improvement
: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay Informed
: Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
Proven track record of success in optimizing operations, driving efficiency, and achieving business goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management tools, data analysis software, and e-commerce platforms.
Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
