PO creation for Outright Merchandise- Stock transfers processing for KX items
Stock replenishments coordination with Vendor (SC & Outright)
Monthly BTL promotions (BAU/DD/PAYDAY) set up & execution
- Exclusive online promotions set up & execution
Price and Promo events set-up in relevant systems (MMS)- Price Discrepancies (POS/MMS) Trouble Shooting
Vendor Relations
Online Exclusive Opportunities- New Products for Listing Identify, Process & Prepare Product Information Sheets
Delivery & Replenishments
- Return to Vendor Processing
- 4. Issue Resolution & Support
Operations Stock Pull Out, RTV
- Customer Service Warranty Details, After Sales, Product Replacement from Stores
Accounting Debit Memos & Floating Sales- Central Warehouse Deliveries, RTVs, Pull-Outs, BST etc
SCO Processing of amendments, SC application of entry/exit
Suppliers Delivery & Replenishment- h. Other SCS-MC entry, exit, amendment, VDR
Performance Monitoring & Reports
Weekly, Monthly, Annual Merchandise Sales Performance Reviews & Analysis- Recommend products for rationalization & delisting
SSR & Aging Reports
