Job Description

The E-commerce Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's e-commerce platform. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring new customers. The E-commerce Marketing Officer works closely with other marketing professionals and departments to achieve the company's online marketing goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.
  • Campaign Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.

  • Content Creation:
Work with the content team to create compelling marketing content, including blogs, articles, product descriptions, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
  • SEO & SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance analysis.
  • Use email marketing tools to automate and personalize communication with customers.
  • Social Media:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
Use web analytics tools to monitor and report on website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience managing successful SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Skills:
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation tools, and social media management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Other:
Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Working Conditions:
This position typically operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or training.
  • Standard work hours are expected, but flexibility is required to accommodate peak times and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
