JOB SUMMARYFormulates strategies that concern the design and practicality of the company's online shops and digital platforms. He/she make executive decisions to ensure existing frameworks help facilitate the generation of profit. He/she is responsible for managing the entire e-commerce presence of the retail company.
He/she is a leader in the marketing and advertising department of the company and are responsible for overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives. It includes relaying information between upper management and the department employees regarding budgets and daily procedures, overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote business products and services.
Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Planning the marketing objectives and online sales of the brand.
o Developing marketing strategies of new products and services.
o Organizing promotion events.
o Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weakness and opportunities and developing solutions within budget.
o Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and effectiveness of promotions to determine what drive sales.
o Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the potential market.
o Partnering with buying teams to estimate product demand.
o Prepare and adhere to budgets.
o Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and convert our target groups.
o Analyze consumer buying behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
o Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that products are given effective promotional attention.
o Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
o Set various sales goals and then work with the key sales managers to ensure that those goals are met.
o Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
o Analyze and review competitors products and prices.
o Oversee the buyers and their work output.
o Plan for merchandise base promotions.
o Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
o Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in E-Commerce & Marketing Management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience supervising and managing a professional staff of at least five.
Knowledge in marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and other social media platforms.- Proficient with marketing-related software programs.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or a related field required.
- Master's Degree in Business or Management is a plus.
