Strategizes, crafts, and implements new channels plans up to post-program evaluation
Oversees other aspects of online channels such as advertising campaigns, content components and UI/UX
Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of various new channels performances, both online and offline, in sales, acquisition, and retention
Creates opportunities to increase sales performance through promotions and campaigns centered on activation, conversion, RPO, retention, and customer lifetime value
Conducts research in trend setting in the managed channels (i.e e-commerce trends, B2B trends etc)
Collaborates and mobilizes cross-functional teams not limited to the ff: Marketing Core Business, E-Commerce Team, Communications and Advertising, and other internal departments as needed
Close coordination with suppliers and 3PL vendors for seamless program executions
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or analogous course
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development, Trade Marketing or Brand Management in FMCG or Telco
Possesses a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including usability best practices and industry trends
Demonstrated performance in achieving revenue and profit goals and growing contribution of handled brands/channels to a Category/Business Unit
Demonstrated creativity and innovative approach in Marketing and campaign programs
