Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals.
Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in e-commerce to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website.
Optimize website content, product listings, and user experience to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital channels to enhance online visibility.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and updated product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Enhance the online customer experience through user-friendly website design, intuitive navigation, and responsive customer service.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website.
Optimize website content, product listings, and user experience to drive sales.
- Analyze e-commerce sales data and key performance indicators to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Skills:
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Salary Range: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month.- Birthday month celebration every 18th of the month with free cakes and drinks
