As an
E-commerce Manager, you should be equally proficient in managing partnerships, optimizing OTA connectivity, facilitating onboarding processes, managing OTA and direct bookings, analyzing data, expanding market presence, and driving growth for the company. You will be directly reporting to the Director of Revenue and Operations.
Building and nurturing relationships with partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Managing connectivity with OTAs, ensuring smooth integration and data exchange between the company's systems and the OTAs platforms.
Troubleshooting any connectivity issues and optimizing connections for efficiency and reliability.- Handling the allocation of inventory or resources to different OTAs based on demand, availability, and strategic priorities.
Optimizing allocations to maximize sales and revenue while minimizing overbooking or underutilization.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new partners or clients, guiding them through the necessary steps to get set up and operational.
Providing support and assistance during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition and integration.- Identifying and cultivating relationships with key contacts or champions within OTAs, who can advocate for the company's products/services and help drive sales and partnerships.
Collaborating with OTA champions to develop strategies for mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Conducting 1day training.
Analyzing data related to partner/client performance, OTA connectivity, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.- Identifying opportunities for expanding the company's presence on additional OTAs or entering partnerships with new OTA platforms.
Managing OTA and direct bookings from various websites and social media platforms.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand OTA coverage and reach new audiences effectively.
Establishing pricing structures for products/services offered through OTAs, considering market dynamics, competition, and profit margins.- Assisting partners or clients with onboarding their offerings onto the company's website, ensuring accurate representation and integration with existing systems.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's offerings and increase visibility on OTA platforms and other channels.
Strong background in reservations, revenue, relationship, and pricing
- Able to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Able to lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.- Able to analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Able to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Able to partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
