As the Ecommerce Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and growing our ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various departments to achieve our sales and marketing goals.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Analyze website performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our ecommerce platform remains competitive.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, shipping partners, and technology providers.
- Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a track record of driving online sales and improving website performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
